Wir wollen Euch auf zwei Webinare zum Thema “Deine Rechte bei der Arbeit” / “Your rights at work” am Mittwoch, den 27. Mai und am Dienstag, den 26. Mai aufmerksam machen, die wir gemeinsam mit dem Projekt Faire Integration Thüringen (Netzwerk IQ “Integration durch Qualifizierung”) beim DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen e. V. organisieren.
Arbeitszeit, Mindestlohn, Krankschreibung, Kündigung… Arbeitnehmer*innen haben verschiedene Rechte, aber auch Pflichten. Wir informieren über die wichtigsten Regelungen und erzählen, wo man aufpassen sollte. Zusätzlich geben wir Tipps, wo man Hilfe bekommt, wenn es Probleme mit dem*der Arbeitgeber*in gibt.

Die Info-Webinare finden in Kooperation mit dem dem Projekt Faire Integration (Netzwerk IQ “Integration durch Qualifizierung”) beim DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen e.V. statt. Das Projekt bietet auch individuelle Beratung zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen für Drittstaatsangehörige an. * Die Teilnahme erfolgt über einen eigenen Server des DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen e.V. mit BigBlueButton. Zur Teilnahme benötigt man nur einen Web-Browser: Am besten eignet sich eine aktuelle Version von Firefox oder Chrome, spezielle Software ist nicht nötig. Für die Teilnahme ist keine Kamera oder Mikrofon notwendig. Falls vorhanden, wird beides beim Betreten des Raums automatisch ausgeschaltet. Für Fragen in der Veranstaltung können Kamera und Mikrofon genutzt werden, es steht aber auch ein Chat zur Verfügung, in dem die Fragen gestellt werden können.

We would like to draw your attention to two webinars, which we organize in cooperation with the Project Fair Integration of the DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen e. V.
Working hours, minimum wage, sick leave, termination of employment … Employees have several rights, but also obligations. We will inform you about the most important regulations and tell you in which cases you have to pay attention. Additionally, we give you some tips where you can find help if you face problems with your employer.

The webinar takes place in cooperation with the project Fair Integration (part of the network IQ “Integration through qualification”) at the DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen e.V. (Educational Institute of the German Federation of Trade Unions in Thuringia). The project also offers individual advise for topcis related to labour law applicable to third party nationals (foreigners outside EU). * Participation takes place on a server of the DGB-Bildungswerk Thüringen e.V. via BigBlueButton. A web-browser is all you need to participate: a current version of Firefox or Chrome is suited best, no special software is necessary. To participate, there is no microphone or camera needed. If available, both will automatically be turned off upon entering the room. For questions during the webinar camera and microphone can be used, but there is also a chat available, in which questions can be posed.
