DESCRIPTION:Together with the support network we4you of the TU Ilmenau we organize an online event with the consumer advice center Thuringia on the topic „My consumer rights – online shopping\, scams\, banks and insurances“. \nRefugees in Germany are confronted with many questions. How do I open an account? What insurance do I need? What is actually allowed on the Internet? How do I find a good contract for my cell phone? Anyone who buys something privately or signs a contract in a store does so as a consumer. „Consumer“ then means something like „customer.“ Some companies take advantage when customers don’t know their rights or speak little German. They treat their customers unfairly. \nThe Verbraucherzentrale Thüringen informs about the rights as a consumer.
